Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Spray Doctor™ purchase. If you need to request a return, please contact us at support@myspraydoctor.com before sending anything back.

Standard Returns

Spray Doctor may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided it has not been used for spraying and is returned undamaged, in its original packaging and condition.

Before returning an item, email support@myspraydoctor.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions if the return is approved. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

These conditions apply to standard returns. Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are handled separately under the section below.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

If we sent you the wrong item, or the product arrived damaged or defective, Spray Doctor will cover the reasonable cost of the return or replacement.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@myspraydoctor.com and include your order number and, when possible, photos showing the problem.

After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow approximately 5 - 7 business days for us to process the refund. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time for the refund to appear.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
